Even in Canada?

My friend posted a note about circ online. The one that goes something like, "I will never hurt my baby, except for his circumcision" and stuff like that. Anyway, not the point. The point is that is upset a couple people who said they never did it do induce pain and follow society, and that it makes them look like sadistic monsters. I'm trying to figure out a way to reply to that without offending too much as I have to see this person quite often.

Ok so to the point now. One person said "we threw our son's weiner caps in the trash". And a couple other people said they did too. Would I be wrong to inform them that it's possible that it didn't go into the trash but may have been sold for the hospital's profit? I'm in Canada and wondering if that even happens here?

If you made it through this, thanks!

Probably, but it might just be in coercion with the industry in North America overall. It's certainly not as easy to come by (severed foreskins) in Canada, but there are areas where it's much easier than others plus some hospitals still do them and maybe some clinics are doubly greedy and sell them to the cosmetic companies. Overall... yuck, am I right?
