Would you vaccinate if moving out of the country?

My DH and I are thinking of moving to Mexico from the US. We have 2 non-vaxed kids 4 years and 1 year. I feel very strongly about not vaccinating but sometimes I feel worry and doubt myself. None of my siblings or myself were vaccinated and we never have gotten any childhood illnesses. My plan is to bring homeopathic first aid kit as well as other natural remidies.

I have checked to see if there are any outbreaks in the country. Seems to be none happening now. I would love to hear about other mama's who have traveled out of the counrty w/ their non-vaxed kids. What did you choose to do? Did you vax because you were leaving the US? Any stories or suggestions will be really helpful.

Depends on where I was moving. Mexico? Absolutely not. They have a higher vaccination rate than the US There's no disease that I would feel differently about there vs. here.

No absolutely not. However, if they were in school there, I would be very vigilant that they aren't vaxed without my permission at school.

this. we lived in mexico and every now and then they have this "vacciation centers" right outside supermarkets, in parks, etc. We lived in a rural area, so there was a truck going to ranches vaccinating kids.

You can find homeopathics in mexico. I read somewhere that h.remedies get ruined when passing x - rays machines??

Absolutely not. On the other hand, if vaccines become mondated in the US and there will be no way around them, our family will be out of the country in a blink.

Thanks for the encouragement. I am going to have to convince my DH that we shouldn't get any Vax's It's so nice to hear words of encouragement. We are going to be driving so no need to worry about x-rays.

Do you mama's have any suggestions on what homeopathic remidies we should bring in case of a childhood illness?

We are thinking of going to Oaxaca city. I'm not too sure what they are going to have there in the form of holistic medicine.

Not if I was going to Mexico...No way!

I wouldn't for two reasons:
1. I don't think *most* VPDs are really that scary
2. I don't think vaxes work

I'd just keep bfing my 1 year old and if my older one got sick, pump them some breastmilk to drink and help him get better.
