I noticed this happen with one (of two) of my haute pockets. Some thin plastic layer that used to get stuck to the outer fabric is no longer stuck there and it mainly looks all wrinkly. Any idea how big of a problem this is? I suppose I worry about it tearing sometime and ruining the whole diaper. I didn't really notice it right away so obviously used it and continued to wash it while it's been like this. (And being a one-size dipe, I was hoping to save this for future CD'ing purposes, yk?)

I have some Fuzzi Bunz that are like that...there was a "famous" batch of bad PUL in Navy that it happened to. As long as you don't tear the film (mine are on child #2, and I haven't been able to tear the film yet...the stuff is pretty thick), you should be fine.
That said, it may have been a bad batch of PUL, and you might want to try contacting the company to see if they'll replace it. (I bought my 'bad batch' used, so I couldn't get them replaced, and the original owner didn't know about the bad batch.)

Even the one that has messed up pul, still works fine; I just worry that the inner will tear someday.
