After beginning labor on friday afternoon, Leo was born at 1:13am yesterday 3/7/09. It was my first home birth and ended up being a water birth. Everything went well and he is very healthy...oh, he weighs 8lbs. 6oz and is 21 inches long. I can say that it is nice this time to not have people poking and prodding me while I am trying to rest...I love being in my own bed! Nursing is also off to a great start. I am not sure how to post pictures here but if I figure it out, I will.
