Just happened upon this thread. Glad to hear he kicked the RSV so quickly! That can be so scary! Thinking about your little guy. I hope all turns out well.

I just wanted to say that the weird, creepy eye-twitching is actually normal. Lots of newborns do that! But to the rest-- I'm so sorry that you had to get this news.

My thoughts are with you. Let us know how it goes today. My little one had RSV at 2 weeks old, and that was scary enough to deal with. I couldn't imagine dealing with all the other stuff too. Hugs.

On a side note, we were going to call our LO Lucius if she were a boy - beautiful name!

Well it took him longer to recover from the anesthesia than we expected, but otherwise everything went great. We're home now and I'll know the results within 2-3 business days so probably Friday or Monday. We have an EEG tomorrow, and the combination of the two will help us to have a better idea of how his brain is functioning and what, if anything, is wrong.
