Anyone else have Blockbuster Total Access?

We have it and LOVED it before...we have unlimited exchanges, so when we got a movie, we could watch it, and then go exchange it in-store and have something to watch while our next movie was shipping.

With their new plan, we can't do that. The new plan is that there are no due dates on the movies you get as exchanges...but they don't ship your next movie until you return the exchange. It's very upsetting to now be paying for something that we didn't want...

Does anybody else have it? Do you like the new plan, or hate it, like us? I emailed them, letting them know what I thought of it.

I heard about the changes this weekend.

It's more profitable for them this way, bottom line. I feel as annoyed as when Netflix started delaying our dvds because we watch so frequently. I may switch back to Netflix & give them another shot because we're moving soon & won't be near a brick&mortar Blockbuster.

Hmmm... I just noticed this change today. I didn't realize it was happening to everyone, though. We have had billing issues with our free trial / they had offered us the first 3 months at an introductory price and that went wrong / etc. So I thought maybe it was just us, getting our plan switched on us or something. Not sure how I feel about this new change. :

With that, though, you can only get the movies they have in the store, right?

I find a lot of the stores don't have a great selection.
