Muir Glen Organic Pasta Sauce @ Big Lots for $1.50/jar

I found Muir Glen Organic Pasta Sauce at my local Big Lots for $1.50 for a 25.5 oz jar. I don't know how much it costs regularly but I'm sure it's more than a buck and a half. They expire 11/09 but I figure we'd eat 8 jars by November. Just to let ya know in case you have a big lots in your town!

I've never tried this brand before. How does it compare to other brands?

I haven't tried it either, but it's organic and I've heard good things about it from others so I figured I'd give it a shot. It's chunky. We'll eat it tonight so I'll find out!

our local big lots had TONs of og stuff. i get organic tea bags for kombucha and the kids get simply organic brand mac n cheese for $1/box

I've found a lot of organic foods at Big Lots recently. Instant oatmeal, granola bars, cookie mix, crackers, pasta's, etc., all organic and super cheap!

we rarely shop in ABQ. but I think I've been to the one on Menaul before, just didn't look at the food there.
