HCG - How long is it in your system

I had the HCG shot one week ago. How long until I can test? The Dr said 2 weeks until I can test but I can not wait that long.

I asked in the March IUI but was not sure how many would read there.

I, too, am doing IUI w/HCG injection, and I was told that after 2 consecutive negative tests it's out of your system. I also just cannot wait, and I usually take a test around a week or so, and it's usually positive, then a few days later I get a negative, then another, so I know it's out of my system and that if I *ever* get a positive after that it woud be the real deal. Does that make sense? Good luck!

Hey- Answered you in the other thread, but 10DPO is the standard.

so yesterday it was a very faint positive after 5 min. Today there was no positive so now I just have to wait. I got the HCG shot last Monday & today is Tuesday. So 8-9 days it took me.

I read that it should be out at a rate of 1000 units per day so 10000 units should take 10 days before it could be out. Of course it could take longer and would be nervous of a false positive anything before that.
