Dancing with the Stars!

It's back! Did anyone watch? I thought it was a pretty good premiere.

My favorites were Shawn Johnson, Melissa, that Gilles guy was all right (never have seen SITC so haven't seen him before!). Julianne and her !partner were good, as was Derek and Lil Kim. (except for the "whoo hoo, I"ve been in prison! shout out to all my girls in the penitentery!"

I even enjoyed the cowboy, Jewel's husband. It is more fun to see people doing something completely different and really out of their comfort zone, as opposed to those already with dancing experience.

I was disappointed to see Karina and lacey with lackluster partners- they are 2 of my favorite female dancers and it looks like they won't last too long! Karina's partner, the Apple guy, did seem really sweet and funny though. I loved Bruno's comments, "like a teletubby in a gay pride parade!"

Len seemed uncharacteristically positive and low-key tonight!

I was very happy to see Chelsea Hightower and Dmitri from So You Think You Can Dance! I loved Chelsea on SYTYCD and hope she sticks around- but maybe not, unless the cowboy gets a lot better!

I love Lacey, too bad she's not going to be around long.

I thought Belinda Carlile looked great but was way too stiff; Melissa did great on such short notice (loved how everyone kept dissing Jason); and please god get that Holly woman gone soon. She irritates me.

As far as Denise is concerned...parasites don't vote .

I missed a couple of the dancers, but I thought Gille, Shawn, Lil Kim and the Bachelor woman did well. I felt bad for Ty, he seemed so sincere. You could tell his nerves got to him. I hope he does better next week. There's just something about Denise Richards. Are we really crying already?

:LOVE this show!! Was Lacey fromlast season on again this year?????? I hope so I did miss a few dances so I am hopeing that I just didn't see her. I am not to sure how I like this season yet I did like the bachelor girl she was so beautiful dancing wow and that was with only a couple days I cannot wait to see how well she is going to do

YEP Lacey is there, I LOVED her on SYTYCD, and was so happy she is on DWTS. Kinda bummed she is with Steve-O, I dont think is he is going to last

Well, hopefully we'll get to see many solo dances from Lacey with the musical guests, since she won't be partner dancing for too long!

I agree, Belinda seemed really stiff- she seems like this season's Priscilla Presley and Susan Lucci.

And Blech, I wish Holly and Denise could both be voted out next week.

I loved Ty, Jewels husband because to me, he is stepping out of his comfort zone more then anyone on that show, and he is showing he really wants this. Holly, seriously? I wish Jewel was dancing.

As much as I want Holly to stick around for a while I don't think she will. I watched every episode of The Girls Next Door while pregnant (thanks Netflix!) and she's not the most coordinated person. Bridget? Probably could do it. Kendra would defiantly do well. Poor Holly.

I can't stand the chick from the Bachelor, I can't stand that show at.all. Yes she did well for two days practice but she"s also a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader. She can pick up routines really easily because that was her job.

I want the guy from Sex and The City to win.

Ooh, I'd love Bridget and even Kendra to do the show!

I think Lacey was a good choice for Steve-O, though she seems to have more trouble making the dances look identifiable as the dance they should be.

Ty was great! If the football players can do it so can a cowboy

Lacey looked so upset. It's interesting that dancing would injure Steve O when he's done so much other crazy stuff!

Karina looks completely miserable to be dancing with the computer guy. He really is exuberant and puts his all into it! Unfortunately he really has the wrong body type for dancing, but I have enjoyed watching him.

I loved Shawn Johnson, and Melissa. I hope they are in the finals! My kids thought it was hilarious when Mark kept wiggling his hips and dancing the female parts- they kept telling me to rewind it!

Belinda Carlisle, Holly, Denise Richards, David Allen Greer- they were all ok, nothing special for me even though they did all right. I was surprised at the negative comments about DAG- I thought he did much better last night!

Poor Julianne and Chuck- I wonder if their relationship dynamics come into play. He really seemed uncomfortable and why would she choreograph a dance that wasn't even a salsa? Hopefully they will hit their stride and start working well together.

Loved Ty! He really came out of his shell! Chelsea's "this is your new concentration face" was so funny.

I can't believe Belinda went home instead of Steve! Does he really have a bigger fan base? Or is he the Cloris Leachman of the season - on for way too long because some just want him to keep going to make it interesting?

I read lots of people were voting for Steve. He has a huge fan base. Though I love Belinda Carlisle's music, I can't imagine her havinga huge fan base.

I thinks she was almost as bad of a dancer as Steve, but way more boring too.

I won't miss Belinda that much. Steve is not a good dancer but he is fun to watch! It was painful for Karina to have to re-do that dance! She seems like she just wants to be voted out!

Sure C! We should be here most of the time, except for a small part of the afternoon on Sat.

On topic...Karina looked truly pained while doing the dance-off. She pulled off some show smiles, but I caught some real annoyed, barely passed off as patient. I think she really wants another shot at the top spot, but hasn't been given a break since she had Mario.

Totally! The sad thing is, she and her partner will probably keep being in the bottom 2 for a few weeks until they're voted off, so she'll probably have to do the dance off again! I feel so bad for her partner, he seems so happy and enthusiastic.
