what kind are you looking for? A gentle or more vigorous style?

I like Ali McGraw's Yoga Mind and Body- it's moderately paced.

i am actually looking for prenatal now, as I just found out i am pregnant. so i guess something not too strenuous. thanks for the suggestion!

Congratulations on your pregnancy ,Jackie. Yoga Journal's Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rea is very nice, and so is the Crunch Yoga Mama. I did both of these during my last pregnancy.
