Shed some light on my records, please

I just picked up my records from my OBGYN, as I am going to see an RE tomorrow. There are some things I don't understand, and I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am searching the web, but I thought I'd ask here, too.

What does right ovarian cyst with septation mean?
If normal semen is gray/opaque, and DH's is yellow-gray/opaque, is this of concern?
Sperm clumping was present, but the Dr. did not mention this. How serious is that?
What does semen WBC stand for?

Thanks!

Someone please help. I'm freaking out now. I just looked up septated ovarian cyst, and apparently, these have a higher risk of being malignant, and they should be removed. I remember my doctor mentioning septation, but I thought he was talking about my uterus, and he didn't seem concerned about it or explain it at all. I'm freaking out, because my mom has ovarian cancer.

I think I need to mention this to the RE tomorrow.

I wish I could help more. Diagnoses with little explanation are awful and force you to go to Dr. Google which scares the hell out of you often erroneously.
I could tell you a story about the time I only had the phrase "lobulated uterus" to go on. Dreadful. I do know WBC=white blood cell. In SA, this comes up often, did for us. Could mean there's a bacterial thing going on or nothing. I would follow up on the clumping thing.
Cysts are very common. I'm not sure about the septation, but I know there are simple cysts which are follicles that released and then filled with fluid. On an u/s they show up as dark inside. They go away naturally or with bcp. There are other cysts that are filled with blood or other matter and show up on u/s as cloudy. I've had this kind 3x and they got much bigger than the simples (also had those). My doc didn't want mine to be over 5 cm. It did also burst (with help of acup) and I avoided having the thing drained or removed. I hope this gives you something to start with.
