I was pretty bitter when I announced my pregnancy on Myspace, because I have been getting mostly negative reactions from people. Not sure why all the sudden having three kids is just unimaginable?

But I did something like, "Yes, I know how it happens. No, it wasn't intentional. YES we're excited to be adding to our family, again."

I announced my pg on facebook in the 25 random things note -- somewhere in the middle was "I've had 2 homebirths and am planning a 3rd in July". People actually caught on (or else figured it out from the congrats messages).

I love profile pictures of positive tests -- or siblings in big sister/brother shirts!

I said "is pregnant with anticipation for May 25, 2009!" which was subtle enough that not everyone got it, but I thought it was witty.

This is cute! Any ideas for how to announce a birth/new baby? I've been thinking about this for my Myspace. I don't want to just say "Luna's daughter is born!" or "is a new Mommy!" or "had her baby!" Boring!

I have a photo album where I post all my crafty items entitled "I like to make things" I posted a photo of the positive test in there, with the note that dh got to help make this one!

how about deleting the automatic "is" after your name, and writing, for example:
