I've never realised how true this notion is. DS is deffinitely in this stage. Anyone else facing issues that come with it? DS can be very loving towards DH, but he will often tell him to "go away" if DH has come in when DS and I are just hanging out. He'll often say things like "I'm glad Daddy's not here" and can get pretty intrusive if DH and I are showing even the smallest amount of effection. I encourage him to be welcoming and think of all the positive things he does with DH, but he can get quite territorial.
On a funnier note- DS just asked what his testicles were for. I told him that when he gets bigger, that's where his sperm will come from, so when he meets a lady that he loves he can make his own babies. He immediately claimed "I don't want any other lady- I only want you!"
