Cerebral Palsy-Resources in London?

I have friends who moved to London 2 month ago with a child who was born at 24 weeks. Before moving he was diagnosed with CP. He is 18 months old. They have not managed to get a proper appointment through NHS yet (hopefully getting one soon).
Until this happens, would anyone be able to advise me on some options going private? In particular it would be most important to find a physiotherapist who really knows about these cases, to keep the routines of exercises. They are quite desperate. It is meant to be very important to do as much as possible before he is 2 years old, but months pass by and they feel they are not doing anything "useful"
Thank you in advance

perhaps ring great ormond street hospital, speak to the physiotherapy dept & see if you can find someone there who does private work. we used to get a lot of phone calls like that when i worked at gosh & i just used to refer it over to the consultant's private secretary for booking an appointment.

It could also be worth ringing St Marys- I know a lot of the press coverage on Ivan Cameron's death mentioned that he'd been treated there.
