It's Friday! Has anyone finished anything this week? Spin something pretty? Make significant progress on a project? Show off and revel in a sense of accomplishment!

I made socks! They aren't spectacular, but I have something to show for the week :

I'm working on a market bag this week that's about 1/2 done....

Last week I finished a few things though:

Some tiny booties that are probably too small, even for a newborn:

My first soaker!

Some babylegs for the new babe (modeled by my 2yo):

I'm going to mangle the spelling, but I love the sjaartie's booties! The soaker and babylegs came out great, too!

fallriverfox, I'm jealous of your socks. That's one thing I haven't given an honest try yet.

Here's the rattle that I just finished yesterday for my DS2's easter basket: http://yarnyoga.com/blog/?p=116

You just inspired me to get knitting. All your stuff turned out adorable! What yarn did you use for the baby legs?

It's not Friday and I don't have a FO but I've been working on my socks pretty heavily. If baby isn't fussy tonight (teething!) then I can finish them after she's asleep.

Here they were at beginning

How about "Stuff-I-Made Sunday"?

This week, I finished

I'm giving away the purse on my blog Experience Imagination. I'm not sure I can link to my blog, but I'd be happy to PM anybody the URL, if you're interested.

It's Friday again! This week I have a small baby hat, for a baby shower I went to this past week. The mama didn't seem too blown away, but she's only 11 weeks along and hasn't discovered the joy of shoving funny hats on helpless babies.

The baby is mine

FallRiverFox, is that hat a Meathead from the Knitalong book? I'm in love with the quirkiness of that pattern! Cute baby, love the hat

Oops! I forgot the FO! Since the weather here has been extremely spring-like (at least until today), little cotton hats have been on the brain and needles. I finished a "test" out of the super cheap dishcloth cotton you can find anywhere. I did get mine at the LYS, though.

Now that it's snowing!, I've pulled out some 2-ply handspun I got on Etsy for a warmer hat. For next Friday's FO, when it will be 80 degrees again

No, I'm afraid I made it up as I went along. The hat you made is darling! I love it, especially the color and extra especially the cute child it's on.

Ooo! I'm impressed! How did you do the decreases? I've wanted to do something similar but definitely need a pattern. Thanks for looking at the hat! It was a fun knit and pretty easy, except for the K3tog with the cotton. Yipes! Do you think the brim makes it too girly for a baby boy? Even in blue?
