I broke my arm!

Oh man, am I silly. I went snowboarding last night and broke my right arm in two places. Right now I'm staying at my parents' until I get a cast on it.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks for parenting a 25 pound 13 month old with one hand? I can't even change her diaper at this point. Also, DD's father lives out of state so there is no help on that end. I'm out of work until the cast is off - no sick pay, just AFLAC. Am I eligible for any state assistance?
