My bag keeps leaking from the ring part... What am I doing wrong??

Anyone have this happen, despite putting it together the right way? It wouldn't be an issue except that when we nurse, her body applies pressure to it and I end up covered in milk.

If I've had problems, I just reseal it. I wonder if she's just applying more pressure than it's meant to handle.

Well i'm not sure how to help but I just wanted to add that I have the very same problem and it's very frustrating because then you have to get the air out all over again. It's like the rings aren't tight enough. I don't think you are doing anything wrong putting it together- it's just the way it is...or i'm putting it together wrong too!

I had to really push the ring thing together - HARD! Like, hard enough to hurt my fingers. Otherwise, it leaked.

You might try calling Lact-Aid. She's super nice, and I'm sure would be willing to help you. And, unlike lots of big companies, you call and a real person who can help you answers the phone, rather than a confusing voicemail system.
