It started working for me in 2 or 3 days. I saw an increase in milk, but it made so ridiculously tired and out of it that I couldn't even hold my head up when I fed my baby. I felt so "drugged up", I couldn't stand it and wasn't able to care for my kids properly. So I went off of it, I didn't finish my script, I just stopped. Then I ordered some 'More Milk without alcohol" from Motherlove Herbal Company. It tastes a little gross, but it works and didn't have any weird side effects.
