Time Flies

It wasn't long ago that we were posting threads celebrating moving up one month in the Due Date Club forum. Now our DDC will be closing soon.

This group was a haven (and a party!) during the last 9+ months. You women made my pregnancy and birth journey all the better. We've shared a lot. We've seen terrible loss, and great joy. We've wept and we've laughed so hard we peed our pants (though, not me personally ). And we've formed a bond as our lives have changed and we've shared those experiences. I, for one, will miss this DDC something fierce.

Will we start a thread in life with a babe? I want to be able to follow what happens to our group!

I was thinking of either doing that, or starting a Yahoo group. I was actually gonna post a topic on what everyone would prefer, cuz I think we should all keep in contact, so we can share baby stories and comiserate and whatnot.

I agree! Keeping it here would be nice. I already belong to so many groups that it would be more convenient to have it on MDC.

I would LOVE to start a group. I for one don't care where it is, just what's easiest for everyone.

I second EVERYTHING that Holly wrote. I love you ladies. It was a lovely opportunity to get to know everyone!

Oh, gosh, you all have been so great to me. I don't know how I would have made it through my pregnancy and my baby's newly-born days without your guidance/advice/experience.

I never posted much but I gained / am still gaining lots of support from y'all. I'd like to keep it on MDC.

I really really enjoyed coming here, especially the last few weeks of my pregnancy.. Even though Logan made his arrival into January, this is our home. I would love to stay in touch with you all!

I was going to suggest starting a 'group' at Facebook for those of us who are over there ... not necessarily in place of our DDC but just to make things easier.

hey everyone. i'll keep my eyes open for a mdc group ...

i'm on facebook, too, but i prefer the discussion format on mdc
