night weaning causing tooth grinding

I very recently night weaned my 22 month old. Now she grinds her teeth at night. She never used to do this. I think she has already damaged one of her front teeth. I am going to take her to the dentist, but I doubt that I will get any good advice there. I guess that it is caused by anxiety related to the night weaning. That makes me feel pretty lousy, because I don't NEED to night wean her. Anyone else have kids that started grinding their teeth after night weaning?

I don't have first hand experience with this but when DD1 grinded her teething (from teething) I googled to find out more and read about teeth grinding being linked to some mineral deficiency I think?? I can't remember but it can be some sort of deficiency.
