I"ve got some PU film from wazoodle have any of you used it? I"ve got some wicking problems should I double up on the PU?Could the problem be the flannel outside?

Flannel on outside glued the film to it.I was making it a pocket so I have suede cloth attached to the otherside of the film so the film wouldn't rip and one layer of suede cloth touching the baby.Bound it with FOE

Tell us a little more about how you put the diaper together. Flannel outside you said. What's on the inside? How did you bind it/sew it? I doubt doubling the film would be the solution, I'm guessing it's something else.
