My H is getting a new road bike, and so that means I get new carriers

I have, and love, two Mobys. I have, and am okay with, a Zolowear ring sling. I have, and want to upgrade, a WAHM mei tai. I have, and rarely use, a Baby K'Tan.

I know for sure I want to get a BabyHawk. I love my MT, but the construction on the WAHM one I have just isn't super comfortable.

I'm thinking some sort of light weight Moby-ish wrap for the Houston summers as my six month old shows no intention of learning to nap in our bed, preferring the Moby as her nap area of choice. Maybe a summer fabric ring sling?

And, I know I want something more structured for long trips to the zoo and such. An Ergo, or a Caylx?

as for wraps I love my didymos. It's not too thick & you could get a light color. I've also heard great things about Gypsy Mama Bali Breeze wraps for hot weather. They look beautiful, but I've never tried one.

I love my babyhawk, too. as well as my gypsy mama wrap.

what about a SSC like a Beco or Ergo? I have and love both, especially for longer carryings of my heavy toddler.

If you're looking for a summery ring sling you could go with a linen sling. Kalea baby is having a sale right now on lots of linen ring slings, and I've heard nothing but good things about this brand on TheBabywearer. I just oredered a superwide myself

As for wraps I've heard Vatanai and BBslen are thinner brands, but I'm
sure there are lots more.

love love love my ergo

I love my ergo, it is super comfy to wear. I always use it for my daily chores, etc. You can wear it front, back, or hip. I usually use it as a back carrier.
