I ended up keeping a finger really close to my nipple to unlatch her if she bit down and would say "No bite" as I removed her from the breast. I would then resume nursing moments later and praise/coo at her. I tried not to make a big deal about it b/c I read that sometimes it can turn into a game scenario. Games are supposed to be fun, right?? I do think I got the point across b/c she hasn't bitten in a month or more.
