easy to put on, very nice looking, wool and cotton, nothing synthetic.

i recommend it for mild to cold winter, meaning that it wouldn't do the trick for extreme cold- like below -15c, but with my own heat, a baby that's bundled up in thin yet warm clothing, it is OK.
it is not water proof but it is merino wool, meaning that it doesn't feel wet at all.
there are pockets for my hands.
i can wear in the back, in the front, and even 2 babes at the same time!!
the mother scarf can attach to button on my shoulders and become a head support for a sleepy baby's head EVEN IN MY BACK!
and the hood is big enough and versatile enough to protect either mom or babe!!
