My body is acting kooky. I'm exclusively nursing my almost 4 month old and I had a little bit of spotting last month and now I'm not -exactly- spotting, it's a little more but with every single AF I've ever had since I first got it I've had excrutiating cramps and really bad water weight gain and I always know when it's PMS time but there are no cramps or anything now. How am I to know if this is indeed AF or just more PP bleeding? I only nursed my first DS for 10 weeks and AF came back within a week of him switching to formula so I have no prior experience to go on. Any ideas how to tell if I'm fertile again or not? I bet someone is going to recommend Taking Charge of Your Fertility :LOL

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.
