Please help with a book suggestion--physiology

Hi all. My ds is not quite 2 yet, and I'm not particularly interested in formal educational stuff at this point (maybe not ever), but we talk a lot about his bodily functions. Shocking, right, that a 2 y.o. would want to talk about poop...
I have offered him short explanations of what goes on with his stomach, intestines, kidneys and bladder, as far as digestion and elimination are concerned and he's very interested and uses those words all the time. I would like to find a basic anatomy/physiology book that is geared toward little ones, maybe kindergarten or thereabouts, that has good clear illustrations and simple explanations of various bodily systems. Does anyone have any recommendations?
TIA!

The book "Everyone Poops" is a cute book. Funny pictures, little text.
And there are more in the series.

We had a book at one time called What Happens to a Hamburger that was a pretty good explination of digestion.

Thank you for the suggestions. I am not familiar with either of the two books mentioned, but I wanted to be more specific in that I am looking for a book that specifically addresses major bodily systems (digestive, respiratory, circulatory, etc. and their function) in a simple way with clear illustrations.

I'm not sure that such a thing exists, but I'm imagining a fairly simple elementary grades level book that would cover anatomy and function. At this point, I'm far more interested in the illustrations than the text, I just want something to show my boy when he's talking about his intestines or kidneys so that he has a better idea of what is actually going on in his body.

Thank you!

DD enjoyed A Good Look Inside Your Insides by David Stewart. It was not totally accurate, though. DH, who is a doctor, read it to her with many corrections. And I didn't love the illustrations, but it was the most basic anatomy book I could find at our library.

We have really enjoyed Human Body Hidden World

We have several Usborne Books on the human body, and while your son is probably too young for the reading parts, it has great pictures. There is also a DK Human Body book that has great pictures.
