Not ovulating?

Hi everyone,

I've been ttc for going on 9 months now, I just started charting this month. I follow the directions to a t, the same time every day, etc...but it appears as though I did not ovulate. There is no temp shift, my temp stays about the same through out the month, the highest being 98.2. I'm freaking out a bit, am I not ovulating, or is my thermometer a piece of crap? My cycle is pretty normal, and I have PMS symptoms. If I wasn't ovulating my cycle would be totally out of whack right, and I would not PMS? Also I started Maca this cycle, that would not affect temps would it? I think I need to call the doctor

Were you charting online? If so, could you give us a link? There are plenty of chart stalkers around here! (esp. in the TTC forum - you may want to repost there)

Also, did you start on day 1? My friend was worried her first month, but it turns out that she probably ovulated before she started charting (which was on day 10- or maybe a bit later....)

Is the # of days in your cycle pretty regular? (I don't always ovulate, but my cycle is really irregular.. not always true of everyone)

It might just have been some kind of odd fluke, too - but I'd definitely watch closely for at least another month!

It might have just been an odd cycle. It's very common to have one anovulatory cycle per year.

No I haven't figured out how to do the online charting yet.

I'm thinking it might be the maca working getting my cycle regular.


I'm gonna keep trying, not giving up yet.
