Hi Everyone,
I'm a single mamma to a 17 month old. I've been working on getting her to sleep without nursing as I would love for Grammy or other family members to be able to put her to sleep sometimes.
Right now, we have a very cozy bedtime routine - nurse on the couch, go to the rocking chair and look at books then, when she starts to fuss put her in Ergo and then zzzzz. We bedshare.
But, I'm wondering what other parents do when their little ones wake in the night? I really don't have the energy to walk her around in my Ergo when she wakes up at 2 in the morning. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.
PS - I hate to label this as a breastfeeding "challenge".
