I cloth diapered my babies and now my dog! Any patterns?

I feel like such a dork. I have been buying dd's (pupsters) for my dog and just can't continue. I want to make a cloth diaper that has the hole for the tail. She has a problem with excitable peeing and I am using diapers until her bladder has grown enough to handle it. (i hope) Anyway, point is I am diapering the dog as stupid as that sounds and I want to stop using dd's. Any ideas or patterns?

Our dog had excitable peeing as well, and it ended up being some hormonal thing coupled with being spayed at a young age. She's on medication a couple times a week, and has drastically reduced piddling issues now. No idea on the diaper though.

I did have some non-spayed doggie pants that had a spot for a menstrual pad to absorb blood (and urine at times). Maybe you could get the pants and add cloth pads?
