Accessing smilies on safari?

I've been able to click on [more] to access the whole smilie list before, but not anymore - a new window simply won't open. Do you know anything about this, and what I can do about it? I am using safari on an imac and a macbook laptop.

The mods with macs and safari and unable to replicate the issue.

Do you have pop ups blocked? The smilie list is a pop up.

You might also try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies.

I have safari for PC and sometimes it just gliches out. Clearing cache does help 80% of the time

Thanks for the suggestion of emptying the cache, as you see it worked. For some reason, the sad smilie was the first one to reload

I'm having the same problem again and this time emptying the cache does not work. Any other suggestions?
