I just started More mild special blend-2 weeks ago. I don't really notice much difference in how much I'm pumping. How long should I take before I determine it doesn't work- Motherlove says it is suppose to work within 1-2 days. Sometimes I wonder if it is decreasing my supply.

My son is 15 mo. old mind you- I have struggled with low supply from day 1 and just discovered this product. I thought I would give it a shot. I think he is nursing longer as well- so maybe he is getting more of the milk out. I'm really just not quite sure...

Hmm, I got an almost immediate (overnight) increase, but that was with More Milk Plus. Do you need to address your dosage? Some have said that 1 pill four times a day did nothing, but 2 pills three times a day worked for them.

Are you drinking enough water between pills? Are you eating properly otherwise? In my experience, the galactagogues did nothing for me, unless I was on top of everything else (eating a healthy balances diet, drinking enough water, and actually exercising).

That never helped me. There's a whole list of things you can try at www.mobimotherhood.org I did great on Milk Thistle and Saw Palmetto Berry. I just stopped taking them last night so we'll see what happens. I had cut back a LOT on them so hopefully it sticks. Good for you for making it this long!
