Weird sensation in lower back/hips

So the past few days, I've had this feeling....it feels like someone has their hand on my lower back and is pushing in and down really hard, and everything below my waist--lower back, hips, legs feels like it's being pushed downward. It's pretty much constant when I'm standing or walking, but stops when I'm lying down or sitting. It's doesn't really hurt, it's just a lot of pressure and feels really weird. Any idea what this could be?? It's kind of disconcerting.

Maybe the baby pushing toward the sacrum when you are upright? The tilt is different when you are standing versus sitting, so that could be it . . . If it gets uncomfortable, you could try some hands and knees pelvic tilts to shift the babe's weight more forward.
Not real sure what the cause is, but I'm happy it isn't painful for you!
