I'm almost 30 weeks along with my 2nd baby and I am trying to be a little more proactive this time around with herbal remedies. I had a fantastic labor and delivery with my 1st at a great birth center. I will be at the same place for this baby as well, but I really wanted to know more about using raspberry leaf tea to help with labor. I've read much about how it helps speed up labor and actually ease contraction discomfort. Any moms used it during their labor? I'd love to hear anyone's experience.

Check out this huge thread located in the I'm Pregnant area:

There's a lot of info there!
I'm at 33 weeks, and drinking the RRL tea almost daily. I'll have to wait and see how my labor goes, then I plan to post to that huge thread.

RRL tea is most beneficial if it's used during pregnancy. I drank it pretty much from the start, but really kicked it up around 16 weeks. I drank about a quart a day or at least a 1/2 quart. I had a 2.5 hour labor and my PP bleeding lasted only 8 days. I didn't use it with my first and I also had a relatively quick labor but bleeding lasted 3 weeks that time.

I drank a few cups a day with my first pregnancy and had a pretty quick and easy labor. Could have just been a coincidence, but I'm sure drinking it this time!
I get so tired of the flavor though. I got a big bag of RRL at a local herb shop instead of the pricey teabags from the grocery. In the morning I have a hot cup and steep a teaspoon of RRL and either a teabag of something yummy (like Earl Grey or a tropical blend) or a teaspoon of another yummy tea in the same tea ball. For the rest of the day, I brew a big pot of really concentrated RRL and some yummy flavored tea and then put it in the fridge and dilute with water throughout the day. It helps me get the daily few cups of RRL and also stay hydrated.
