Have you figured out baby names yet?

So, anyone have a narrowed down list of baby names yet? If so, would you like to share?

We had ours picked SO early! We aren't finding out the gender so we have two;

Josephine or

Roarke (sounds like, 'Cork'. It's Gaelic and my brothers name)

I'm rebuilding mine since it had been very heavy on the girl names. I haven't gone over it with my DPs, yet. I have a link in my signature if you want to see.

Ugh... I am not having anything *pop out* like with my last two. For a girl I love Zoe, and DH loves Sakura (i like it too) but neither of them feel right. For a boy, we both like Josiah okay, and i looove Ezra, but he doesn't... I really am not sure yet. We had names picked out before the gender U/S with our others, so (even though we are not finding out this time) it is wierd to be more than half way through, and not realy be sure on names yet

Alright Mamas, don't rat me out, 'cause we've refused to tell anyone our names so far:

Beatrix for a girl
Gwydion if its a boy

Middle names are still up in the air.

If this one would have been a girl, she would have been a Beatrix! I think that DH wanted to TTC partially in case it was a girl so we could call her Beatrix.

But alas, it is a boy, so he will be Xavier.

I love those X names!

We are naming our daughter Anika

Well I know what I want to name this little girl. DH isn't in love with the name I want. . but then only comes up with "joke" names (like Bob). So I figure I'll just end up getting my way unless he has some actual input.

Our son will be Jasper Michael

I've been saving these 2 names for 4 years (our youngest is almost 4). I like Lydia Jane and Caleb Jack. I thought my dh liked them, too (he did 4 years ago), but now he's waffling. So we still have to discuss it.

We have our boy name picked out (i'm not sharing b/c I love it too much!), but we are unsure on the girl name. Nothing feels right. We like names like Lillian, Helena, Marian, Aster. None of them feels right for this babe, though. Maybe it is a boy, or we just haven't found the right name yet. If it is a girl she might not have a name for a few days!

That is so funny, Amberoxy - we have decided on the name Annika! Very similar. Annika Caroline will be her name (Caroline is DH's favorite grandmother's name.)

handzfull: I LOVE the names you picked! I always wanted to have a baby named Jack, but it sounds too choppy with our one syllable last name. Oh well!

I'm too excited to mind sharing with people. My mother has tried to warn me that I might change my mind about the name at the last minute - it happened to a friend of hers (and she had already told everybody the name she had picked, so they bought her stuff with that name on it!) I am pretty firm on Annika though. Anybody else read the Pippi Longstocking books as a child?

I'm not telling anyone else, so this is top secret.

We are naming our baby boy:

Ellis Que

Now don't go calling me Mother-in-Law and rat me out

My husband likes Kelsey but it reminds me of Kelsey Grammar in Frasier! No way!

I am hoping for Stella or Lucy with the middle name Rose. Both are family names (Jewish tradition).

You mamas really come up with some beautiful and uniques names! I have to say I am very impressed. Maybe I need to research this a little bit more...

my very best friend in the world named her baby Jackson Daniel (get it Jack Daniels?) The Jack was after the favorite grandpa. It totally fits because the baby's dad is a HUGE connoisseur of liquor.

We are pretty sure she will be named Penelope Ann. Ann after my grandmother. The only problem I am having with it, is I really dislike Penny and my DH thinks there is no way around people calling her than when she is young. I am toying with the nn Poppy, but ideally I like Penelope and don't want it shortened.

We know we are having a boy, and his name will be Mica.

We haven't decided on a middle name yet, but we are considering Rayne.

Our 2 year old son's name is Rowan and I think that Mica and Rowan sound great together! Rowan is a tree and Mica is a mineral so they are both earth inspired names

Henry Edwin (both family names of loved ones who died)

or

Hazel Rhiannon

And yes we are going with all H first names. My husband came from a family where they were all named with K and I came from a family where we were all named with A..... so we HAD to keep that up I know some people hate that but we think it is kind of cool that both of us come from families that did it

Mika is my OB's name (but she's a woman) and Rowan is definitely being considered for one of our boys. It's one of few names that Jeromy & I actually both love.
