Lots of frozen strawberries, a frozen banana, some slightly frozen placenta (Makes it easier to cut) and some rice milk. I didn't measure anything. I think it worked pretty well for me.

It never occurred to me that it would bother anyone or I certainly would have.

Personally, those pictures of placentas look strange to me. I've never seen any look like that including my own. What I know of a placenta to look like is much more appealing than those, but it is still probably something you wouldn't want to see....I am guessing.

Oh...wow...are those human placentas? Mine is still in the freezer and it's 11 months old! what can i still do with it? I guess planting it would be a good thing...but i feel like ppd is coming on...i'd love to eat it some how!

I plan on having banana's, strawberries & maybe some mixed berrries (all frozen) & vanilla yogurt & maybe even some ice thrown in to make it nice & cold. I plan on buying the strawberries (and any other mixed berries) frozen and then cutting up the banana's ahead of time & freezing those too so that it's all ready to for when the baby gets here

I dont have an deffinate ideas yet....
I think you can pretty much take any smoothie you like and chuck a but of placenta in. They recommend, if you are a bit queasy about it, to go with a dark colour smoothie lol.

I think I might fancy chocolate, banana and peanut butter for my first go. I plan to make a variety and put them in ice cube trays, so that I can have a glass everyday for as long as it lasts - until it runs out! I think its more idea to capsulate it, but not as yummy and too much work if you ask me lol

I cut my placenta up into small pieces(about the size of ice cubes), and froze them. It lasted for 6 weeks of daily smoothies. I put a banana, frozen blueberries, some greens(spinach or swiss chard), yogurt, a bit of orange juice to thin it out, and 2-3 pieces of placenta. yummy! really!!

oh- and i didn't get ppd- just scanning these forums to avoid going to bed
Maybe the placenta worked!
I was told by my obgyn not to eat the placenta when she found out i was taking it home though. My iron levels were really high, and she thought it would elevate them dangerously. meh.

oh - thats acutally a better idea lmao...instead of making the smoothies and then freezing them, just freeze the placenta (pre cut)! - Ill do that instead! That way I can make smoothie as I fancy them! hehe
