So, we're supposed to start TTC next month. For my sanity, I *really* needed this cycle to be normal... I'm majorly bummed that it isn't.
I think I O'ed late. On CD 23, I had a pretty obvious temp dip, CM seems to line up, and I had a + OPK 48 hours previously (CD 21).
History: For the past 22 months, my cycles have been very normal, with two specific exceptions -- my September cycle was only 18 days and my October cycle was 42 days. For me, my PCOS going wacky has always presented as non-stop AF till I get things back under control, not MIA AF.
I've been taking supplements regularly. But I've slacked off on exercise lately, I have some work stress (new job -- started 8 weeks ago -- in an emotionally stressful field and very tiring), and I am *majorly* stressing about TTC... I'm so worried it isn't going to work.
So, have I gotten myself messed up? I'm thinking about trying to see a reproductive specialist or a chiropractor -- thoughts about either?
Advice in general?
