My daughter is 4.5 months old, EBF the whole time. I went back to work 1.5 months ago and she gets two bottles a day of expressed milk (I nurse her during my lunch hour, so gets 3 feedings during my working hours).

If anything, over the last month, it seems as if the amount of spit-up has increased, even though everything I have read says it should be decreasing. She is constantly spitting up. We burp her plenty, we sit her up as soon as she is done eating, burp her between breasts, etc.

My diet hasn't changed at all in the last month. In general, I don't eat a lot of dairy (and otherwise eat a fairly bland diet). Mostly it's just ice cream, because I have a sweet tooth and because I struggle with keeping weight on, so I eat homemade ice cream made from organic whole milk and cream. But that's also been since she's been born, I haven't suddenly started eating ice cream or other kinds of dairy, it's all been pretty consistent the last 4.5 months.

I've spoken to my doctor about it, but since she's very happy and growing like a weed, he's not concerned. And I know that by all outside implications, it's just a laundry problem. But is there anything out there that can help reduce it?
