estrogen dominance

before finally getting pregnant with my son, i ended up changing my diet, eating more whole foods, less meat and dairy. i also took vitex. recently i discovered that i had a fibroid. after researching fibroids, i discovered that i'm most likely estrogen dominant which a lot of people are these days. after going back on vitex and becoming a vegetarian, my fibroid is gone. i think my estrogen dominance was the reason it took five years to get pregnant. it's unlikely that a doctor would have discovered this or been able to give me the proper nutritional guidelines to solve this problem. if you're having a hard time getting pregnant, estrogen dominance might be the issue. i just thought i'd pass that on.

u worded this perfectly. i just realized this myself. i started using progesterone cream "wild yam cream" and out of the blue kept getting pregnant (and miscarrying). I know now I must have had a prog. problem/estrogen dominance my whole life. I am VERY thankful I started using the cream or who knows what I would have went though with dr.'s when I did want to try to get pregs. thanks for posting this..i bet it will help alot of woman.
