S-oh, my. I had not felt the least bit queasy yet yet until I read of your meat orgies! Sorry! I am a vegetarian (18 years, which makes me 36 in case you were wondering!) and the thought of meat especially now turns my stomach. On the other hand, I had not realized that I am definitely at that place because I have been wanting "meaty" items--salty, not sweet with a bit of chew to them. My sister, also a veg, ate chicken from Burger King at least once during each of four pregnancies. Must be something about protein.
C- my boys are 4 and 6. They have friends with babies in the family and are very interested in general. Of course, they probably know more than I give them credit for so maybe they are talking about it because they have picked up on dh's and my attempts to talk in codes. Can't get anything past them, I suppose! We did not tell them of the last two pregnancies which ended in miscarriages, except that I was sick and very sad. I will tell them one day. I have to think about this as to when to tell them now. How do you ever get over this fear? I think I am feeling right now that pregnancy has a lot to do with giving up control and accepting miracles into your life.
S- you're throwing up! That is great!

I think I am waiting for those really great signs to kick in.
C- did you feel any different with boys and girls, symptom-wise?
Okay, maybe a naive question, but are you two getting your hormone levels checked? Is this normal for your prenatal care? Or is this due to previous miscarriages? I live in another country right now and I will not even see my midwife until about week ten.
Hope you are all feeling well...and we get some more mammas soon with us!
