What to do with this sling?

I was given a hand-me-down sling that was made by Maya Wrap- it looks like a pouch sling that has a loop on it to attach it to the ring sling- both in matching fabrics. I can't figure out if this is some genius way to wear a baby I can't figure out- or if its just 2 slings sold as a set that I need to seperate?

Ideas?

Kathlen- You are right- the way the lady on the second page is wearing those 2 slings looks like what you must be supposed to do with these. All the same, I think I'll seperate them, and use them as 2 seperate slings.
