How do we add Feeds?

I joined www.blogs.ca and they asked me to enter my feed. I have no idea how to do this. I have a vague idea what a feed is.

Feeds are just the content getting sent out. Does that make sense? I can't think of a better way to put it.

When they prompt you for it, try entering that.

To figure out your feed, I tried to subscribe through the widget in your sidebar, but it wouldn't let me. You might want to make sure it works.

By the way, I like your blog.

Edited to add: Never mind about the widget, it works fine. I was having problems with Firefox.

yes..that makes sense...it's kind of what I thought it was. They approved my blog and moved it and added the feed url exactly as you suggested. I guess because I left it blank they just filled it in.
