My dd takes Houston Enzymes because they are the only chewable gluten free ones I can find, she takes AFP Peptizyde and No-Phenol. I am taking TriEnza from them. Enzymedica are good, too. Yes, they are expensive but vitacost has stuff at good prices and I can order some Houston brand with my Azure Standard order, so a discount and no shipping. They have been the turning point for us.

Can anyone fill me in on the deal with enzymes for LOs--dosage, types, etc. Are the products marketed towards children really any different, in terms of the enzymes themselves (excluding flavors and such). I see there are products designed for specific digestion issues/foods, are there any LOs should avoid? Thank you!
