Okay, it's a week later than I'd intended, but I converted that wool/angora/nylon sweater into a butt sweater! Unfortunately, it ended up a little smaller than I'd intended. In my pictures

DS is wearing it over a kiwi pie fitted and it's a bit tight so unless it relaxes a lot, I won't be able to fit it over night time double diapers
.
I ended up not putting anything in the waist since there's no waist sagging issue. So far I don't know how this blend does with keeping pee where it belongs. I just lanolized it this afternoon and am currently waiting for it to dry.
Overall, not too bad for my first attempt though. The seams are sewn on the outside deliberately. All other issues are unintentional
Edit: Speaking of unintentional issues, I didn't realize until I looked at my pictures that I sewed one of the cuffs backwards. The unfinished edge (where I cut it off the sleeve) is out and the finished side is sewn to the body of the diaper. Is it worth ripping the stitching out and redoing it?
