Two Year Old Screamer

I have 3 beautiful girls. My second born is my loudest. She screams about everything-happy or sad. It is ear piercing. My oldest never did this so I am not sure what the best way to handle it is. I try timeout, but it is not curbing the behavior. I do make her apologize for yelling at someone, but again she is continuing to do it.

Maybe it is just the age and independence.....

Mi madre always took me under the arms and put me in my room. She insists that I always stopped the screeching until she came back into the room. I imagine it is just the way things are, and will remain.

It is the age of loud obnoxiousness, as well. God forbid anything be done about it.
