This monumental act of generosity is taking place in my hometown...
Just wanted to share (not really related to breastfeeding) that this mother, Susan Goodrich, will have a square added to the safe motherhood quilt by Ina May Gaskin.

Thanks for posting this, it is beautiful. I sent it to a lot of people and have gotten a good response so far even from some I would have thought would consider it weird.
It's wonderful that you are remembering his mother with the quilt.
