How much fish does one have to eat to reap the same benefits? I'm feeling kind of icky about buying expensive supplements instead of throwing that money at food. And I like eating fish anyway.

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Well, if you take your supplements without capsules you might know that you've had enough fish when your supplements become very unappealing.
My youngest loves her fish oil capsules but after a couple of days of snacking on salmon jerky she would have nothing to do with the fish oil. I assumed that that meant that she had had enough of whatever nutrients she would have gotten from the fish oil.
