Alright ladies, has anyone seen much improvement in NS lately? I live on the NS/NB border, no where close to any of the three midwife practices covered by MSI and it makes me nervous. I'm not pregnant right now, but I had a scare a few months ago and the only thing that worried me was having to have a hospital birth. The OB here in town is horrid, and I don't want a hospital birth anyway, so now I'm worried that if I accidentally fall pregnant I'm never going to be able to find a midwife...did any of you ladies who posted earlier on have any luck in NS?
