Fleece/Fitteds for Chunky Legs?

DS has chunky legs... right now we use mostly OS pockets which I love, but I would like to branch out into fitteds and fleece covers. I know there are some pull up ones that don't seem like they would leave red marks on his little legs? Any suggestions (with links if possible) would be great!!

The Dancing Bears fleece cover comes in a day or night weight and has no elastic to leave red marks on chunky thighs. It also is bulletproof for night.

The Bamboozle fitted is cut so you can have big leg openings, and the elastic is sewn without a casing so you never get a red mark. Plus it is so soft.

My son also has chunky thighs and I have found side snapping styles to by far give the best fit. You can do the top row of snaps tighter for the belly and the bottom row bigger to accomate the thighs. For covers I like Sugar Peas fleece and Kiwi Pie Peels (wool pull on).
For diapers the one that I have that fits the absolute best is by Tush (it is the only diaper I own that doesn't leave marks on his legs) but is a WAHM and they are kind of hard to get. They are like Stinky Coture or Patchwork Pixies (I've haven't tried either of those-- hard to get)-- trim, turned and topstiched, side snapping.
I just ordered some Dream-Eze organic cotton fitted since they look like Tush but are half the price and readily available. So hopefully they'll work out!

Dancing bears are excellent fleece covers.

I hadn't tried the fleece (we had wool ones from them), but loveybums is a nice style cover that has a lot of flexibility and would work for chunky legs too.

The dancing bears covers look great!! I don't think DS would like them very much under clothes, but they look like they would be great for around the house. I bet he would like them for at night too.... Just need to get some fleece liners so he doesn't get a rash from being in a diaper all night since he sleeps through

How many times can you use a fleece diaper cover before washing it? My whole newborn stash is fitteds so I want to buy some new covers for that first... I have 4 XS PUL covers and 4 S PUL covers... how many fleece should I get? I'm so confused...

A couple of times, depending on how much pee there was. Obviously poop requires at least a spray off. But it is like wool in that you can hang it up and reuse it. Unlike wool, you can really wash it with anything. I toss it in with whatever towels are going in that day.

The Dancing Bears run big so their small will fit small to medium. You can use it when the baby gets to about 10 lbs.
