Question About Contours

What exactly are contours? how are they different from fitteds? Are they just a fitted that needs to be pinned?

Snappis are actually diapers, not just the snappi fastener. I love, love, love them for a 4-6 month old baby. I go through a window where contours are my favorite, and then I have a bigger baby. Contours aren't quite like a fitted. They're, uh, less-fitted? How about half way between a prefold and a fitted?

Contours don't have elastic or a closure like a fitted does. They work like a prefold, but you don't have to fold or tuck or anything. Kind of like a cross between the two!
