Post birth dr visit...

Decided better safe than sorry, had some fever and achiness, and flu-like symptoms are a warning sign. So went into the dr and figured out I'm just old. LOL

Turns out that because we had to reposition so quickly during labor due to shoulder dystocia, that I pulled all the muscles on my left side in the back, from neck to bum. As well as my right arm. Now it's grade three muscle strain with ongoing spasm. We're going to let it rest for a week, and then it might be physical therapy

But really, worth it all when you consider the SD and how well that outcome was.

Glad to hear you are doing well besides the strain. Hope it heals quickly for you!

hope you are able to get some rest! physical therapy should be a great help and they'll give you things you can do at home so you hopefully wouldn't have to make too many trips down to the clinic.

Not from your DDC, but I know how tough something like this is. My hip/arm/wrists are still not right from straining during birth almost 2 years ago, although with physical therapy and time they have gotten a TON better. hang in there girl.
